Printful does not accept any returned items. If a customer receives an incorrect item, damaged item, incorrect quantity, etc. please contact LimeLife Customer Care 1-844-232-6294 or email us at email@example.com for assistance with remediation.
- Items purchased from the Glow & Go Shop catalog are made on-demand and cannot be returned due to sizing mistakes, all sales are final. The size charts provided for each product should be referenced prior to ordering.
- Products in the catalog, Glow & Go Shop by Printful are shipped from a separate warehouse from all other LimeLife Merch. If an order is placed containing item(s) from Glow & Go as well as item(s) from Lifestyler or Everyday Essentials the customer will receive separate packages one from each respective warehouse.
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
LimeLife Merch Refunds applicable to only products in the Lifestyler and Everyday Essential catalogues (if applicable):
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. At the end of 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges/ Replacements (if applicable)

To return/exchange your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your delivery address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without trackable shipping, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
